Best underwear for running
Discussion
Apologies for the daft question but having still kept my new years resolution of fitness all is good, well it was until today.
I am now finding my pants/underwear/trunks are chaffing my inner thigh when running.
Have others suffered similar and what was the solution as I don't know if I should go commando and some running lycra shorts, long trunks or just different pants??

I go commando, running shorts have a liner to keep everything in place and I've never had any issues.I am now finding my pants/underwear/trunks are chaffing my inner thigh when running.

Game changer for my balls when running or doing any sport. Tight enough to keep everything in place, but not so tight you feel them digging/riding up. 100% perfect.
I wear them for all sport I do - running, rowing, squash etc.

I'd also recommend Under Armour boxers. Very comfortable for running.Game changer for my balls when running or doing any sport. Tight enough to keep everything in place, but not so tight you feel them digging/riding up. 100% perfect.

I run in twin shorts, they are like a lycra inner to them so keeps your bits in the right place then a baggy outer so you don't look to gay.
Nike do them and also Salomon

I got my son some and he says it is like running in the nude

Sondico running/football pants, £10 a pair
I wear them everyday, very comfortable. We do a lot of walking, no running though:$

Although they do irritate my hairy thigh fronts for some reason but they are very comfy and great when exercising at keeping everything in its place.
I used to go commando but the intimate chafing got pretty uncomfortable. I won't go into details
So I started wearing these a few months ago and they're great. Dead comfy, hold everything in place, and zero chafing. Wish I'd got some years ago. http://www.decathlon.co.uk/briefs-essential-mens-r...
