I've noticed that on my last couple of payslips that when I've had holiday there is also a 'holiday pay allowance' on there, it's usually only for a few quid, £7 on this one. What is this? Thought it may be to do with adding average overtime to holiday pay?
The best people to ask will be your payroll provider. However, they may simply be the processer and the data and what to pay may be supplied by another manager within your business.
