Be careful out there
Discussion
Just got in from work, late, travelling as a passenger in a lift share. It looks as though the driver lost control of the car, hit the car in front and then hit a lampost. I`m ok, but ache in a few places, so take it easy out there lads, especially if you`re in your S, there are some slippery roads.
I had a bad crash a few years ago when the back end of my Tuscan let go on the motorway. It was on a completely straight bit of motorway at a sensible speed but a little bit too much throttle combined with cold Tarmac and a lot of salt/ grit on the road was all it took. At the end of the day it was driver error but it really didn't take much at all. Be careful in these conditions so you can enjoy the roads in the summer.
Thanks for the warning Steve, I know how slippery the roads can get, especially from my experience last Sunday up in the hills in the blizzard.
I really thought I was going to be stuck in a pub for who knows how long?
Or dead from exposure in those Arctic conditions.
Glad you suffered no serious injuries, hope the same applies to your chauffeur. People cannot be replaced, cars caa.
Unless it's a TVR of course!
