The DFV system is a good all rounder, but biased more towards road use as opposed to track. If that's what you want then great, otherwise have a look at the KW range.

Pointless spending any money on a car with silly small wheels and that is only going to bore score. I recommend selling up and buying a ford.

Ah but by your own admission the worst can happen at any time and isn't possible to predict. Advice still stands, chocolate engine move it on. Besides the next thing you will 'bore' everyone with is page after page of pointless discussions about suspension settings. I can just picture the drivel now!

Have we spoke about how bad the depreciation will be once modded yet?

cmoose, any idea on the cost for these?

Also, has anyone fitted a set to a 997 GT3?

Toss company with a toss website IME (it's slower than a stunned slug) biggrin they couldn't even get a set of wheel spacers out on time, and when they did arrive, they were wrong furious

If the KW's aren't floating your boat J, I'd go with a set of these :

I'd be having a chat with David Masters at Bilstein UK to see if he'll sell you the dampers you want (be they PSS9/10 or B16) without their preferred springs.
You can then do your due diligence on spring rates as I did when I had the 3 way adjustable Ohlins built for the Manthey GT3, then get the springs from Eibach UK who are on the same industrial estate as Bilstein UK.......

I know someone else who's gone this route, the results were rather impressive........ smile
