Buying an S1 -need a hardtop

I'm looking for an S1 elise and expect to pay up to about 13k or so. I think I've found a decent one (silver), but it doesn't have a hardtop. Can anyone recommend a good place to find one ? All I've found so far is the www.eliseparts.com website, which looks good but more expensive than I was expecting. Does anyone want to sell ? Are they easy to come by ? Thanks !

Check the classifieds on here and the seloc forums mate - usually a few around. Ebay's not a bad spot to look too.

Should be able to get something around the £5-700 mark used and in good nick.

Do you really need one? They are a pain to store for the 11 months you don't use it and what do you do if the sun comes out?

Yeah try ebay. I have also seen a clear one for about 500 me thinks. This is brand new and I am sure if you are interested someone will be able to point you in the right direction - if anyone knows what the hell I am talking about!

I would recomend that if you fancy a roof then you buy a genuine lotus roof as the pattern ones are very noisy in comparison IMHO
