recommendations for tyres / place to buy them

[djneils98]

not really up on tyres and now need 4 for my old faithful impreza wagon.

So my question is firstly where's the best place to buy? online?

and secondly is it worth me getting a premium brand or would a mid range choice make more sense?
(to be honest the car hardly ever gets driven more than 40mph round town)
can anyone recommend makes? places to buy?
many thanks in advance
