Used Boxster

What is reckoned to be the best bet for a used Boxster in the £8-10,000 range. Not looking for ultimate performance but reliability, 2.7? What sort of mileage?

Should get you a 987 or an exceptional 986. I think the 2.7 is generally regarded as a bit more reliable. TBH condition and history and spec is more important than miles. An 80k car that's had a suspension refresh, IMS or RMS and lots of stamps and fresh boots with the right spec is probably a better bet than a car with 25k less miles and none of the above.
