Merc C63 4-matic? So many for sale...

Yes, as far as I know the UK only gets the RWD versions of the C63. But idly looking on autotrader I was struck by how many 4-matic ones were for sale.

23 there, mostly from Merc main dealers.

So, do I have some misunderstanding of what 4-matic normally denotes in the Merc world, or are those dealers doing the usual dealer thing of being clueless about the cars they sell?

Or did they introduce AWD on the C63 and I missed it? (I know the very latest model might just possibly get it).

Have they somehow confused it with the Auto box? UK never got 4wd AMGs in C\E class.

Must be wrong I think. Dont think the old C63 had 4wd ever.

The new one may get it (possibly) I think I read to follow on from the E63 having it as an option. I think in the UK its RWD only so would probably be the same.

Not just me being confused then, they are misrepresenting the cars. Probably by accident, but it would put me off from dealing with any of those dealers.
