Being serious for a minute the crater bottom is at the wrong inclination for it to be a solar reflection (two reflections?)

Less serious it really does look as if the light is coming from inside through a thin bit of crust




Interesting, I wonder if we will see it any more or will it vanish off our radars

That's my guess - though 'fresh' could mean anytime in the last couple of million years

More seriously, would be cool (ahem) if it was cryovolcanism, although I expect the "ice in crater" idea is more likely, as there seem to be a few other spots in that and other images.
