Turbo's tend to like a thinner oil then the rover engine, maybe a 15 weight would do it but I used to use a 20/50 synthetic and my engines were happy enough with that. :-)
Valvoline and Penrite both do fully synthetic 5w50 options; both have zinc, the Pentrite has most. The Valvoline is usually available via Euro Car Parts
