wheels again

My current bike has R501 wheels. Will I notice a real difference if I spent up to £500 on a new pair of wheels? I'm just thinking whether that is enough to spend to notice a difference.

Yes and no, what kind of riding do you do? whats the bike?

yes its plenty enough, Campag Neutrons are £411 at Wiggle and will be a revelation. You may not go any faster but you will certainly notice a difference. Campag hubs and bearings are just stunning compared to the rest. Fulcrum 3s are worth a look as are the Shimano RS81s but at that price, although they are not the latest design (though you could argue if it isnt broke....) the Neutrons are a great deal.

Riding a Norco carbon 105. I ride sportives up to 120miles and doing Fred Whitton this year. No racing or TT.
