Anyone know any good companies for Track Day insurance?

How much can I expect to pay?

Cheers,

Speak to competition car insurance. It's a while since I used them for specific trackday insurance when I had the EVO, but they are pretty helpful. They did insure my Escort Cossie rally car very competitively though. Seem to think that there is a basic price for about £7k worth of cover, and you then add X per additional £1k of cover.

Just insured M400 with competition car insurance. Fully comp(Under £1k) includes 4 UK track days (with recognised track day organisers) with 10% of value of car as excess.

Thats a nice rate Barry. I was paying CCI 170 quid a pop (each track day) to insure my Elise with only 15k cover and 2k excess.

Could try these guys too :

www.trackdays.co.uk

I filled in their form last week but no response. I imagine ringing them might work better. Let me know if you have any luck.

You guys are lucky in the UK. There is only one company in the US that offers track day insurance. Coverage for 10 track days a year for the M12 is $1700. It has a 20% deductible. So the first $16,000 is paid by you. They don't cover any wheels or tires.

Thats much less than I'd be paying for separate cover for 10 days! At least with separate cover it doesn't impact your no claims on the road policy...
