have a dent on nearside front wing, someone kindly put it there with their elbow. Any suggestions on the best way to remove it. I suppose a mobile dent repair company would charge about £100, would it be better having it done at a dealer?

Pic would help. If the area of the dent is accessible from behind then carefully knock it back out with aid of wooden block behind dent to spread load, wooden mallet hitting that.

Or you could use a dent puller.

dont go to a dealer unless you want your eyeballs scooped out and served to you on kebab sticks.

I'll try and get a pic tonight, the car is nero metallic so might not show up too well.
