Does PH own any rights to the "Speed Matters" slogan?

If so, you might like to look at the advertisment for "Mechanix" clothing in the current Autosprout magazine...

Isn't Mechanix American based? Don't you need trademark/copyright coverage for the US to cover that?

Don't want to say too much at this stage, but our trademark gives us protection in the UK. If there are infringements in the UK then we can act.
