Yes. It's the smallest on the market as far as I am aware. The old Recaro Starts fit but I didn't want a s/h seat of unknown history. Whilst I might be inclined to trust a TVR owner more, I think the head support of the factory child seats looks wholly inadequate for a young child.
The original factory child seats for a cerebra a perfectly adequate. There are better, more modern, alternatives but there is nothing wrong with the original factory seats complete with impact cushion. The Montecarlos do fit. They fit better if you unscrew and remove the sliding Isofix base.

You're probably on to a loser if you those are too big for you and you don't want s/h factory seats. The trend in child seats is towards the ginormous - if there's anything more compact currently on the market than the R1 that isn't simply a high-back booster for larger children I'd be interested to know.
My youngest is 3 now and the eldest 5. Their necks are getting stronger as they grow. A child even a year old, let alone 9 months has very little strength. Their heads are big lolloping masses on top of a matchstick for a neck. The car seat needs to provide that lateral support and they're all quite bulky as a consequence.
