Chimaera Prices

Right, since my first ride in a Chimaera in Kuala Lumpur (there are 27 TVRs there apparently) I have been smitten.

I have saved my pennies and am nearly there for a deposit. I have owned quite a few cars bit nothing as specialist as a TVR. My qn is whether I should buy now or in the winter - will prices soften considerably or will the brand still attract those who are looking for a TVR and will buy no matter what the season...

It is a lot of private money to be forking out so your comments are appreciated.

T plates seem to be floating at around £20-23K privately, if they go lower in the winter I might even go for a 5.0!

they're already lower than they were early summer - bound to be lower still by winter. Contact Rob Ingleby (well covered in these threads, do a search) to help you find the right one. Good move!

i was told that december/january (no later) is the best time to buy... that said i'm buying mine this week. still when you see what you want, go for it, i say.
