Revoked Licence
Discussion

Just fill out an application for a licence form. Its simple, and if you call send it next day, and call them, they can confirm via fax that you can drive. Ive had to do it 4 years ago, I didn't realise I was in that situation. Cost me £20 I believe.
See section 88(1)(b) RTA 1988. Fine to drive once a qualifying application has been recieved by DVLA. Use Signed For post. DVLA info:https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploa...

Thanks for the lesson, but I'll stick with unrevoked

Different meaning though? unrevoked is not revoked, you want something which has been revoked to be reinstated.http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/engli...

Surely if your licence has been revoked you need to apply for a new provisional and retake your test?
Piffle! They used to give you one year after it happened, but the grace period is far shorter now. It is intended to force you to submit your licence for endorsement and nothing more.

Why??? Licences can be revoked for many reasons, medical for example. Once the problem is sorted the licence can be reinstated. No need for a new provisional and a test.TwigtheWonderkid said:
