Could any 991 GT3 owners please advise on a high beam headlight issue
Discussion
I have the standard Bi Xenon lights with PDLS, however when engaging the high beam, the auxiliary halogen lights come on but the xenon lamp does not get brighter.
On our Cayenne which also has Bi xenon lights, a cover on the light flips up which makes it brighter in high beam mode. Isn't this also meant to happen on the GT3?
If anyone could do a quick test to see if their bi xenons get brighter in the high beam mode that would be much appreciated

So the full beam consists of just those crappy halogen units on the bottom coming on. Pretty disappointing.
They shouldn't market them as being Bi Xenon then if it is only xenon on the low beam.
Must be Porsche's way of getting us to shell out for the LED units.
Thanks for the info.
I think BiXenon means you get one on the left and one on the right They shouldn't market them as being Bi Xenon then if it is only xenon on the low beam.

They still work fine though and I think they look better than the LED's...... LED is old hat now, wait for Lasers!
