Hi just a strange question, do you get the threaded plate for cleats in the shoe or with the pedals?

Twistygit ....... Slight hijack of your thread. Just got into clipless, dose anyone put a little greas on your cleats to enable easier disengaging? Or is this a complete no no.

No need to add grease - you'll only end up making a mess of anywhere you may walk etc..
