Do you seriously think anyone on here can answer that for you?

The piece of paper, your major piece of evidence, will be lost.

Did you keep a copy?

So let's get this straight. The girl claims not to have been there, then she was, but the accident was small and now she's back to not being there at all. And you think her insurance company are backing her up on her story.

Ok, good one

69 posts in 2 years and this is the best you can up with.

Honestly, look at it sensibly. Her insurer is on the hook for the costs of this claim and you think they're going to risk going to court and paying a shedload of solicitors fees for both sides on top of the repair / write off costs for both cars and the injury claim with a witness as ropey as her. Not a chance in hell.

Forget I asked. I will sit back for another 2 years and find something more agreeable to your good self to post.
Good. Maybe you can come up with something more realistic. When a case like this heads to court it gets looked at by solicitors who would immediately settle this case. That's assuming it somehow got to them in the first place

Something realistic? It's pretty real for my wife that has been worried sick for the last 3 years that she has spent out a sum of money that we dont really have spare, that may never be seen again. We are not solicitors, or familiar with any situation of this kind before, hence asking the question. Again, I'm sorry you felt this was a waste of your time.
I see. So you've now deleted your thread opener, because I queried some of the information contained in it and are now on a mission to try to make me feel bad. You won't succeed on that.

That action is exactly the response we get from those trying to commit fraud when their fabricated stories are pulled apart. I'm not suggesting you're committing fraud, what I am suggesting is that your story was fabricated.

You are suggesting my story is fabricated??!!

If I could be bothered I'd like to give you the huge pile of paperwork from our solicitors that back up the entire history over 4 years, but why should I? What gives you the right to call me a liar??

I am genuinely so mad right now, all I wanted was a little bit of advice, but instead I get abuse.

I removed my initial post because I am not going to have anyone sit there and call me a liar. I will contact the mods and have this topic removed.
Now it's four years!

Well the bad news is that your injury claim is time barred, so forget that and the £3000 you've apparently paid out of your own pocket, even though a solicitor will happily get that on tick for you amd make it part of the overall claim.

I think your next step is to sue your solicitor for dawdling for so long that your claim is no longer viable.

OP - I wouldn't post that on here. It's pretty easy to work out your address from that.

No idea what the original question was as I didn't see it.

I have removed all information, I feel there was nothing positive to be gained from posting here.
