Bashed face in - knackered my teeth?
Discussion
Hi
Ran into the side of someone's head at rugby last saturday. Below my eye around the cheekbone area instantly got big. As the swelling went down, a nice black eye has come out.
It doesn't really hurt but I'm a bit worried that I may have damaged something between my cheekbone and teeth. When pressure is applied to the lower front (nasal) area of the cheekbone, a numbness goes right down to one of my upper premolars. Am I going to lose a tooth?
Cheers

sounds like a trip to accident and emergency is needed for xrays. you could have a fracture. if it sets wrong it can affect your teeth and jaw too. It will more than likely be swelling but you cant be too sure. get medical advice asap mate.
+ 1. And definitely don't want to be playing this Saturday without a proper checkupSimon Brooks said:
