Just upgraded my stereo in my newish T350T. Replaced the head unit and installed speakers into the front doors with TVR pods. However who knows what picture is on the flip side of both passenger and drivers door?

Obviously you can only see them once the door panel is off. Hint one part of the picture is an animal and
the pictures are professional stencils.

Who will give the first correct answer?

Ps the front speakers are so much better.

Each of the assembly teams at the Factory has a different picture/logo, so there are several different ones depending upon which team assembled the car?

Tell me more about the speaker upgrade - did you just get TVR to supply new door pods and fit them yourself? Is it the latest style with the tiny NXT speakers in the 'pocket' part or high up by your elbow?

My guess for the stencil is Bambi (since you mention a creature).

Yes the speaker pods are factory made and they are high up on the door, they fitted perfectly.

I had a good result that the wires were already put in for the door speakers. The speakers are about 5" in diameter. Not a hard job to fit either and for the extra sound quality it is well worth the effort.

I'm planning to attempt to put some speakers low down in the door on the sticky out bit next to your thigh. Not the ideal place sound-wise, but I can't put them in the door pockets without high cost/replacement and I don't like the high-up pods.

I just need to take the door panel off and check there are some wires waiting for me (looks tricky to feed a wire form the door to the car). I've got my original 10cm rear speakers to put in - should look OK once done (not too big). I upgraded the rears to 13inch with separate tweeters - makes a difference, but the soundstage is still in the boot.

Edited to say: Mind if I ask how much the pods cost from TVR (in case my plan to fit speakers lower down fails). Thanks!

I have yet to pay for mine yet as they have not priced them up yet. But I do not think too expensive.

Beware that when you fit speakers they do not touch window mechanics inside door!

I noticed, hence why I'm looking low down under where your elbow rests.

Will ask the dealer for a price/supply capability on the pods anyway ...

Did you get your pods directly from the factory then?
