Looking To buy a 997Turbo Cab, what extras are essential?

Starting to search for a nice 997tt cab. Must be a manual box car, 2007 to 2009 vintage. I wondered what extras are essential when buying to ensure a half decent resale value?

sport chrono for resale (though I hardly ever use it)

after that, my order would be:

- adaptive sports seats
- rear parking sensors
- multi function steering wheel
- heated seats (maybe higher value on a cab)
- extended leather trim
