Hi,

I was told today that Tubi went out of business at some point and the quality is not what is was.

Is this true?

Has anyone bought one in the last year? My car is a pre LP Gallardo.

Was going to order tomorrow but now undecided!

Thanks!

Old Tubi systems were nice, but needed decats or way too quiet.
Quality pretty gash compared to the likes of Capristo.
Better systems out there now.

Said a million times, but LOC rev 5, nothing compares on this car. Even with cats its just mega.

I had a Tubi on my 2005 Gallardo and would not recommend it. Not a nice noise and lots of resonance at around 2k revs. Also have one on my Murci and that's just as bad

My first Gallardo (Manual coupe) had a Tubi, my second (e-gear coupe) I bought a Larini which was tons better, and my current one (spyder e-gear) I bought another Larini but with Larini's sports cats. Even better still. My mate has videod me alongside another gallardo with a Capristo on the 50th anniv trip, (unfortunately I cant find the clip) and the Larini wins hands down.
Downside is they're not cheap (especially if you go for the sports cats as well), but a beautifully made polished stainless steel work of art.
