Higher or lower?

Measured the height of my GT3's spoiler from the ground, 110mm's was the result. Read somewhere that the RS is 10mm's lower. Is that correct? If so, why?

Is the RS car itself 10 mil lower?

I measure the same for my Turbo, actually I work on 100mm for the purposes of calculating where I can and can't go!

According to the spec. here the RS clearance is 110mm.
