Need a boost...
Discussion
I've been under the weather last couple of days, some sort of tummy bug, S&V, the usual. Feeling pretty weak.
I have a big meeting/presentation on Monday which certainly can't be put off and I want to be on top form. Problem is that I'm eating and drinking and it's coming straight back.
I've had a Berocca and my usual multi-vits.
What the hell can I do this weekend to be on top form!? My legs are shaky walking up and down the stairs and I'm doing that a lot!

I don't think you can really be worrying about a 'boost' until nature takes its course and you recover from the illness.
Generally employers like you to be clear of these sort of things for a period of time before you resume work - I think my NHS trust say 72 hours since the last bout of v/d.
Your colleagues are not going to love you much if you bring them some nasty bug on Monday.
Not much help, but just my opinion.
