My affairs are fairly simple and I currently have a DIY (template) Will. However I've been planning to update it and by chance a flyer came through the door from http://www.nlwwf.com/ - the guy called round and seemed perfectly pleasant - but are Newleaf any good? £75 single.

Just go to a decent local solicitor who will spend an hour talking through what you want and how it can be achieved. It will cost you a few hundred quid, but save your surviving relatives no end of hassle, and ensure you minimise any CGT.

Just paid a local established solicitor to do my will, cost £84 inc vat. Which I felt was very reasonable.
