Oil cooler hose routing

Those who have got an oil cooler in the nose fed from a sandwich plate, how are your hoses routed to get there?

I drilled to the right hand side of the radiator and purchased these grommets which fit perfect ,great for fibreglass .

Straight down the middle, then across under the rad... why? Simple principle hose as short & straight as possible means least pressure drop across the plumbing?

Do I recall you using a Laminova cooler? How did it work out if so?

From sandwich plate following offside lower chassis rail, drill through fibreglass and direct to cooler.

Shortest route.

Yes they work great, much less pipework than an air/oil cooler, and of course no need for stat (more restriction..)
Not Laminova bu very similar, like TVR I used Rover parts, various V6 75's had them and you can get straight + 90deg ends (all interchangeable / mirrorable to aid fitting).
