I've been out today and taken a few shots:

The same shot as I posted yesterday, except I reshot it with a polarizer - and the sky was nicer today.

Err, its a Swan!

Brilliant!
I particularly like the drops of water on it's head in the second one.

Thanks Bilko. I went out again after I posted those, and I came back with these two shots that i'm particularly chuffed with.

Dave,

The sky on the penultimate picture is lovely. Great landscape shot.

Lovely. Where did you take the shots? I note you're in Wiltshire... I can't think of any lakes in the area!

Thanks chaps. Im located midway between Salisbury and Warminster. The shots of the river and Swans were taken in the village, and the sunset photos were taken at Shearwater, a lake in Warminster.

There is also a nature reserve in this village which contains 3 lakes so I went there on Saturday, but alas my shots were fit only for the bin
