T350 heater fan ECU goosed

Hello Chaps,
Hopefully someone can help me, as the title says my heater fan ECU is not working on my T350t.
Read all the previous forums on this and it did look like it had overheated and melted the plug connector.
I removed all the wires and directly connected them to the pins, but no luck.
I live near Whitby in the North East, think the nearest TVR place is either Harrogate or Newcastle, does anybody know where I can get a replacement or repair the unit close by?
I'm hoping to go on the cobweb run on Sunday.

I think the only option is refurbishment. There is a guy that is regularly recommended on here but I don't know who they are.

The capacitors are available from Maplin and are are a simple solder job. Assuming they are the only problem. One of the guys on here did this repair.
