Agree with the above comments. Sender more likely to be the issue unless you have a serious oil leak.
Just to set your mind at rest, I have never seen more than 45 psi on my gauge, either with a 4 litre engine in it or with a 5litre, and it generally runs just around 30-35 on the road, sometimes nearer 15 if stuck in traffic in hot weather. The engine change made precisely no difference to the oil pressure readings.
When really hot on a track day (15 mins flat out, water temp at 90, fans running) I can see as low as 15psi on the gauge.
10w60 oil, always full to the top mark, 9.5 litres with a larger baffled sump.
Keep the oil well topped up and as long as it is consistent there probably is not a lot to worry about. Mine uses a litre per 1000 miles BTW

What you have in a Chimaera or Griff is an evolution of a 1950s Buick engine, married to a Ford Musthave gearbox. It will use a little oil. My 4 litre engine hardly used any, my 5 litre uses about a litre per 1000 miles, especially if driven hard. It's not such a bad thing - it keeps everything lubricated.
It's not a 2000s engine - my diesel Audi uses no oil in 20,000 miles.
