Power steering pump rebuild?

Hi,

Needing to get a power steering pump from a Mini Cooper reconditioned.

Can anybody make a recommendation in Scotland?

I tried Forth autoelectrics in Dunfermline but they tell me they don't repair in house. I'd rather send it off myself. Sadly I couldn't find out who they send them to.

Would you not just get an exchange pump from the likes of Dingbro, or some other factors, Euro Car Parts maybe.

Exchange pump is fine but always costs more.

Big companies you mention are costing about £300, a refurb is half that. I just wanted to use a local company if possible.
