Compbrake track rod ends?

I'm doing a few bits to my 1999 Superlight to get it ready for the weather getting better and hopefully a few track days. I looked to buy new track rod ends from Caterham and they are out of stock, so by the power of Google I found the Compbrake rose jointed version. Does anyone know anything about these, are they any good and are they just a straight swap for the standard ones?

Dunno about the rose joints but the track rod ends are TA442 triumph spitfire and are available all over.
