Currently running ebc red stuff on the front of my r8 but they seem to suffer a bit from noise when braking.

Ideally want to replace them for something else, what's recommended?

I have stuck with standard pads that came with the car, found them to be fine and not to much wear on the discs and not any hassles

Should be this one, if you're on stock VXR8 brakes.

Get some caliper pins too, and hope that whoever fitted the redstuff, greased the old pins before putting them in. wink

Get the AP Pads from Walkinshaw, they come with the pins and shims in the box, no added costs.

Yes, especially when Vauxhall Parts quoted me £690 for the same Pads through their network.
