Has anyone tried these yet? How do they comapre to the Old T1S, Bridgestone S02/S03 etc

I will know after tomorrow, i get my car back from joo and have a nice new set of T1-R boots in the house ready for it!!!!

keep me posted, if there are anything like the T1S they take a good 400 mile to bed in properly

The T1-Rs have a different tread pattern to the S, and stiffer sidewalls - when Toyo asked for feedback the most common complaint over the S was the squidgyness!

The only other change is that they DON'T sadly do the custom-TVR compound in the T1-R , just one standard type across the range. A shame as the custom tyres didn't cost any more and were fabulous (IMHO....)

Very slippy to start with but settling down now and seem to give good grip!

Not bad at £98 per typre!!!!!!!

Horizon Motorsport quoted me £378 for a full set (on the factory 16"s) a couple of months ago.

just put on a set of R888 the semi sliks - only driven it in the wet but unless you hit standing water they seem to have a lot more grip than the so3's but when they break away it happens with less warning!
