Clutch fork!!!

Hi Can anyone confirm that the standard clutch release fork on a 400 chimaera with a T5 box is the same as land rover v8 fork.
My clutch pedal had half the travel and the fork seems to be bent and cracked. I am sure I have removed it without removing the box before, but I am unable to now as its bent.
I know they do an uprated one with a plate welded to it, but I can do that to a standard one

I took it off last night, about an hour to remove it as it was bent and fouling the pressure plate, then half hour of bending shaping and welding and half hour refitting and cursing. I think it may have been mis-shaped for a long time as now the clutch is so light, the biting point feels more positive, and best of all I think my master cylinder has stopped leaking. I was getting a film of fluid around the dust boot after about 40 or 50 applications and checked it this morning after about 1 million and bone dry! It was probably the extra force I was having to use.
I will get a new one, but I have re-enforced my one, and I doubt it will ever flex, let alone crack again
