Spitbank Fort

I'm going to Spitbank Fort in May care of the other half. Has anyone been? Is it safe to leave the Aston?

Mind where you park, nowhere off the beaten track . Parts of Pompey are so rough even the cockroaches go round in pairs!

Yes. We took the Fort over for a weekend last summer and the meeting point for pick up was at Gosport. Grotty road to it, but when there, it is part of Naval facility converted to Appartments. We parked a few Astons plus other 'nice' cars there for three days in a good out of the way car park.
