Looks like I have massively dropped the ball on my way to work one day.
Leaving Southport via New Cut Lane, I put my foot down before the NSL section began and didnt notice the camera van parked up. I've been snapped at 44Mph in a 30 zone.
The road falls under the jurisdiction of Lancashire Constabulary who have a reputation for being very heavy handed in their methods when dealing with drivers, particularly male drivers.

I've had a look at the evidence on their website and its all very clear, I dont intend to argue agasint it as there is no doubt I was speeding in my car.
I'm really looking for some advice, whats likely to happen now, what can I expect?

Additionally, I have moved out of the property where the NIP was sent and am currently changing address details on everything like bank accounts, mobile phone, car insurance, etc; will this be a problem and how should I complete the NIP form considering I still have access to my mail at the old property?

You're likely to get a FPN offer of 3 points and a £100 fine. You use your current address.

You can use as many sheets as you like when going to the toilet.

What makes you think they treat male and female drivers differently?

Completely wrong as always. To protect the environment a maximum of 3 sheets should be used. Down, up and polish.
