I've bought a couple of Edwardian fireplaces which I need installed before I can finish of the decorations to my lounge and dining room. Whilst I'm quite confident enough to carry out plumbing I'm not so keen to have a go at installing gas appliances and would prefer to leave this to the professionals.

Does anyone know of fireplace fitters based in the south west (NW London).

Cheers.

Can I just re-itterate the corgi bit of my post

You will find that not using a corgi fitter on any of your gas supply will invalidate your home insurance etc

I should have posted a bit more info to prevent any confusion.

I've gutted the house and slowly refurbed it. The original fireplaces (gas fed) have been stripped out along with the original feeds. I've installed new gas feeds but that's all I want to do.

What I 'd like to do is get a trade in to brick up the appertures to suit, install and seal the back units in and fix mantles to the wall.
