VXR8 Insurance Early 2015

Hi folks, struggling to get sane insurance quotes for my VXR8.

Sky (my current providers) have provided a fair renewal price which I'm tempted to go for, however finding alternative quotes is proving troublesome. Adrian Flux quoted slightly more than Sky (so not worth swapping over), MSM prices are ridiculously high and upon the recommendation of a fellow owner I gave Aviva a try who just told me they're no longer offering new policies on VXR8s(!).

Who are you all insured with (if not Sky / Adrian Flux), roughly what is your premium (no exact figures) and would you recommend them?

Sky £635 all my mods makes it high, think it would be half the price with no mods, been with them 3 years luckily not had to claim so unsure what claims procedure is like, they are always friendly on the phone not a lot more I can add other than it has gone down in price each year

Try Need To Insure, they always beat Sky's renewal prices, not by much, but as Sky price match, I never bother changing.

Might be worth a call.

Can't comment on VXR8, but try greenlight and need 2 insure.
