Is it bosted?

I wasnt sure if it belonged here or the gadget forum..

Anyway I have an xbox slim 250gb which keeps freezing then I have to reboot it by turning it off at the mains.

Following the xbox website advice I took out the HD which seemed to work, but then almost imediately it started freezing again.

It looks like the last update didn't complete from the error code, but following the advice again on the website this doesn't clear it.

Any ideas?

Get in contact with Microsoft, they're quite good at taking things back for repair. Red ring of death for example.
