Unlocking Problem

We have noticed a problem this evening with our Boxster and wondered if anyone has come across it before.

When you unlock the passenger compartment or the the rear luggage compartment, the front luggage compartment opens at the same time.

Has anyone had this problem before, obviously the car is under warranty so not a problem, I just wondered what is the possible cause?

I had a simmilar problen with one of my 996's AFN Chiswick replaced the boards in both keyfobs and it fixed it. took 2 days to order and code the boards.
