Macan S - Clocks and BST?

Does any one know how to change all the clocks in a Macan? I need to change the Sport Chrono, PCM, DAB and the in-dash clocks all to BST?

I've looking through the Drivers Manual and PCM guide but I cant see anything about setting the time...
