Auto Electrician for Ford Escort Mk1 RS2000 needed

ok guys need a recommendation for a mobile Auto Electrician about the Rochester I've got a problem with my Escort Mk1 RS2000 rear lights not working could be a problem with the fuse box but not sure anyhow I'm sure it's not rocket science though as cars pretty basic.....LOL.....beyond me though any recommendations gratefully received....cheers
