Database Failure

Apologies for the lack of working forums - we have had a database issue that meant no queries were being returned. We have cleared up the blockage and are monitoring it at the moment to see what the cause was.

Website is way screwy at the moment. News articles are returning 404s.

There are still intermittent page failures at the moment that we are continuing to investigate.

I was getting numerous XML Processing Errors just minutes ago.

My accountant has been in all day to start our end of year, possibly the best day for me to not get distracted

Couldn't access it for most of the day, that was a painful experience.
At last, it appears to be up and running properly.

Who do I pester for a refund?
