Yup - outplacement work. Seem to be a pretty reasonable outfit with good people.

They're very good in a fight too, I've heard. After all, The Penna is mightier than the sword and all that.

I'll get my coat

Mm! My response was a bit "slim" wasn't it!? Did you want to know anything specific? Feel free to e-mail via profile....

I had the pleasure of them as part of a redundancy package a few years ago. They are well set up with some good consultants to lead 1:1 and group sessions. I think they offer firms differing "levels" of service and I think I got the sort of "executive" package which included some useful coaching and sessions on specific things over a three or six month period. You also got access to them on-line with some useful information and databanks. Their office was set up so that job-seekers could go in and run their "project" of finding employment from a hot-desk, thus making it a good business-like discipline if that's what you needed. The whole thing was a good quality package and it would be difficult to believe that they're own treatment of staff and associates was anything apart from very fair and equitable.

Editing because EVEN Penna couldn't help me with ploppy smelling pistakes....

I have dealt with one or two of their consultants and they seen to know what they're after and cut through the crap. Not very good at returning my calls though

My wife has just started working for them so if you want any specifics ask.

They have several arms to it all doing different bits.

As I say any questions let me know

Just to add Mrs Avenger, used to work for herself as she hated working for companies but they seemed to be nice enough people for her to consider working for them and they do seem on the whole to be better than average.

As with every company you will find a clown or two but so far so good.
