Hope someone can help

I was watching Goodwood 73rd members meeting on skyplus having recorded it from motors TV. OH walked in so being nice I paused it and switched over to Eastenders, when I woke up at the end of her programme went back to skyplus and Goodwood had disappeared.

99% sure she didn't delete while I snoozed, so question is where did it go, can I undelete it, can I make sure it doesn't happen again.

You should be able to undelete it, there will be a section in the planner called recently deleted or something like that. Are you sure wifey didn't delete it whilst you were snoozing?

There is a setting for when hte planner is full, it'll delete the oldest stuff. Go through the settings and ensure it's off.

I know goodwood only just happened, but maybe the cause.

You might need to clear something else off before hand.

Using your Remote Control :

Press TV Guide button
Press the Green button to access the planner
Press the left arrow to highlight the Deleted tab and press select
Your deleted programmes are listed with the latest at the top and the oldest at the bottom.
Highlight the programme you wish to restore to the planner
Press Select or Green to move the programme back into your planner

sadly as I have the builders in at the moment they had obviously cut the power to the house today so the only stuff in "deleted items" is programmes deleted this evening.......Goodwood gone forever

Unless you know another way
