Colour code help

Hey I've bought a chip repair kit from Dr colour chips. I gave them my paint code and when I tried the paint it was green! What is the proper colour code for my car? It's a vxr8 impulse blue

If you look on your build plate, usually on the nearside wing, it will give you a colour code for the paint.

Funny that as the code i had for mine (Evoke Grey) was 354N and wasn't the actual code for my colour, the guy had to contact the dealer and the paint code ended up being 12u.

You're right Ian, perhaps the 12U is something else then not related but colour matched perfectly with 354N that i gave him.

As long as it matched mate that's all that matters

Chipex kits are very good and the colour match is perfect, got one for the GTS

I had similar in that they couldn't find the colour & didn't believe me when I told them the colour code. Its not listed as a Vauxhall colour but should be found under Holden/HSV which they did in my case.
