2015 London Marathon

I'm hoping to be able to get into London nice & early for this years London marathon and capture some shots of the event.

I've never been before, and wondered if anyone could recommend any parts of the course that are easier to get good shots from (ie not too many spectators / obstacles).

Any help would be much appreciated.
