Cost and life of GT3 .1 Exhuast options?

Having a general look on the Porsche shop I was shocked at the cost of the replacement exhaust (£4320) for the above given my car is 7 years old now.
Does anyone know the expected life of the gen1 exhausts and are there after market options with PSE button option.
Mine is a low mileage car circa 13,000 but I know that doesn't always mean it would last any longer than a higher mileage car.

Thoughts and experiences guys?

I've seen plenty of 1999 GT3s still running an original looking exhaust. I'd think it primarily depends on how much of its time it spends wet/salty etc.

No reason to think your couldn't have many years left if you keep the car reasonably clean.
